Lenovo ThinkPad E14 - AMD Ryzen 5 - 16 GB - 512 GB - Wi-Fi 6E - Black

The AI-driven features, powered by AMD Ryzen™ processors, dynamically optimize workloads and system performance, enhancing productivity and efficiency for multitasking and demanding applications.

The Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 7 (AMD) is primarily designed for business and productivity. While it has integrated AMD Radeon 740M graphics capable of light tasks, it is not optimized for demanding modern gaming.

It is built to withstand challenging real-world conditions, having undergone MIL-STD-810H testing, which assesses durability against factors like extreme temperatures, humidity, and physical impact.

Security features include an optional fingerprint reader integrated into the power button, an infrared (IR) camera for Windows Hello facial recognition, a webcam privacy shutter, and a discrete Trusted Platform Module (dTPM) for data encryption.

The laptop has two SO-DIMM memory slots and supports a maximum of 64 GB RAM. The 512 GB SSD is an M.2 2242 form factor and can be upgraded if needed, depending on available space and compatibility.

The display is a 14-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200 pixels) IPS panel with a 16:10 aspect ratio, offering more vertical screen space compared to traditional 16:9 displays.

The USB-C port supports USB Power Delivery (PD) for charging the laptop and other compatible devices, as well as USB Type-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode, allowing you to connect to external displays.

Ensure the AC adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet. If the battery is completely depleted, it may take a few minutes of charging before the laptop responds.

Check the display cable connection if an external monitor is used. For the internal display, restart the laptop. If the issue persists, try updating graphics drivers through Lenovo Vantage or the AMD website.

Toggle Wi-Fi and Bluetooth off and then on again via Windows settings. Ensure airplane mode is off. Check for driver updates for your wireless adapter. Restarting the router can also resolve network issues.

Close unnecessary applications running in the background. Restart the laptop. Check for Windows updates and driver updates. Ensure the laptop's vents are clear for proper cooling.

Restart the laptop. Ensure no liquid has been spilled on the keyboard. Check device manager for any driver issues related to the keyboard or touchpad. Try connecting an external mouse and keyboard to test functionality.
