The Regatta Rover Padded Jacket is a versatile, unisex outerwear solution designed for active children aged 3-4 who need reliable warmth and weather protection during everyday outdoor play. It combines insulating synthetic padding with a durable water-repellent finish, making it perfect for school runs or weekend trips; however, it is intended for light rain and cooler temperatures rather than heavy, prolonged downpours.

It is water-repellent, meaning it protects against light rain and drizzle, but it is not seam-sealed or fully waterproof for heavy rain.
No, the hood is a fixed, fleece-lined design for consistent warmth.
Air drying is recommended to preserve the fabric and insulation. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting.
This size is designed for children aged 3 to 4 years old based on standard UK sizing.
The exterior and padding are made from durable polyester.
Yes, the zipped lower pockets are sized appropriately for children's gloves and other small essentials.
The water-repellent coating may be wearing off. Clean the garment and apply a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) spray treatment.
Ensure the jacket is completely dry and give it a firm shake or tumble dry on a very low heat setting with clean tennis balls to redistribute the insulation.
This jacket is designed for immediate use right out of the packaging. To maintain the integrity of the water-repellent finish and the loft of the padding, it is recommended to wash the jacket on a gentle, cool cycle. Avoid using heavy detergents or fabric softeners, as these can strip the protective coating from the polyester fabric. Always hang the jacket to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which may damage the synthetic materials. If the water-repellent performance begins to decrease over time, consider using a specialized re-proofing spray designed for technical outdoor clothing.
