Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation is the most critical step when working with this paint. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust or grease. For optimal adhesion, always apply a high-quality primer before the first coat of Saint Johns 64. Use synthetic brushes or rollers suitable for water-based paints to achieve the smoothest finish. Once applied, allow sufficient curing time before placing furniture or heavy objects back onto the surface. For routine care, the paint is washable; use a damp, soft cloth to wipe away surface debris, avoiding harsh abrasive chemicals that might dull the 40% satin sheen.
