Insert the tyre lever under the tire bead, hook it onto a spoke, and then use a second lever to pry the tire off the rim. Be careful not to damage the inner tube.

Check the size of the bolt you are working with. The toolkit includes various sizes (2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm) to fit different Brompton bike components.

Rough the punctured area of the tube with the sandpaper, apply the glue, and then place the patch over the puncture, pressing firmly. Allow it to dry before reassembling the tire.

The Brompton Toolkit is designed to be durable, but if a tool breaks, you may need to replace it. Contact your Brompton dealer for assistance.

Ensure you are using the correct size tool. Double-check the bolt size and the tool's specifications.

Make sure the tire surface is clean and dry. Use the sandpaper provided to roughen the surface before applying the patch.

Carefully remove the toolkit from the frame and take out the necessary tools. Reinsert them back in the toolkit before putting it back into the frame.
