No, this bra is designed specifically for medium-impact activities. For high-impact activities like running, a high-support sports bra is recommended.
Yes, the cups are designed with an interior construction that keeps them secure but allows for adjustment or removal as preferred.
Under Armour sizes generally follow standard apparel sizing. Refer to the brand's size chart using your chest and under-bust measurements for the best fit.
The HeatGear fabric is designed to be smooth and soft, providing a 'second-skin' feel intended to minimize friction and irritation.
Yes, the soft elastic band and moisture-wicking properties make it comfortable enough for all-day wear beyond just the gym.
Ensure the pads are properly seated in the updated interior pockets before wearing; if they shift during a wash, flatten them out completely while the fabric is damp.
The crossover design requires a specific overhead motion; ensure the straps are untwisted before pulling the bra down over the shoulders.
To ensure the longevity of your sports bra, always check the care label inside the garment. While the interior is designed to keep pads in place, it is recommended to wash the bra in a mesh laundry bag to prevent the straps from tangling with other clothing. Use cold water and mild detergent; avoid using fabric softeners, as they can break down the moisture-wicking fibers of the HeatGear material. Air drying is highly recommended to maintain the elasticity and shape of the band.
