FAQs
Does this package include the inner cushion?
No, this product is for the cushion cover only. You will need to provide your own cushion insert.
Can I machine wash this cover?
It is recommended to hand-wash this cover to preserve the integrity of the fabric texture and color.
Is the fabric soft or scratchy?
The cover is crafted with a premium texture intended to be soft and comfortable for daily use in sitting areas.
What should I do if the cover gets lint on it?
Because the cover is black, it may show light-colored lint. Use a standard adhesive lint roller to clean the surface easily.
Are there other colors available?
While this guide focuses on the Black variant, other colors like Grey may be available in the product range.
Troubleshooting
The zipper feels stuck or difficult to move.
Check for loose threads or fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Gently guide the slider backward to clear the obstruction.
The cover seems too large or loose for my cushion.
Ensure the cushion insert is fully puffed or 'fluffed' to fill the corners of the cover. If the cover is significantly larger, the insert size may be incompatible.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
To insert your cushion, unzip the cover fully. Fold the cushion insert in half before sliding it into the corners of the cover, then gently shake the cushion to redistribute the filling evenly before closing the zipper.
Compatibility
This cover is designed for universal compatibility with standard square or rectangular decorative cushions of matching dimensions. Please verify your cushion insert size before purchase to ensure a snug fit.
Care
To clean, remove the cover from the insert and submerge it in cool water with a mild detergent. Gently agitate by hand, rinse thoroughly, and air dry in a shaded area. Do not use harsh bleach or industrial machines, as these may damage the texture of the fabric.
