Bar stool does not adjust height
Ensure the lever is correctly engaged with the gas-lift mechanism. Check that the weight limit is not exceeded and that the gas cylinder is properly seated.
Swivel mechanism is stiff or noisy
Check for any obstructions around the swivel base. Lubricate the swivel mechanism with a silicone-based lubricant if necessary, following manufacturer guidelines if available.
Stool wobbles or is unstable
Ensure the base is on a flat, even surface. Check that all screws and connections are securely tightened. Verify the weight is evenly distributed on the seat.
Footrest feels loose
Inspect the connection points of the footrest to the main column and tighten any screws or bolts if necessary.
