Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Lacing: Ensure proper lacing for a secure fit. Adjust the laces to your comfort level, ensuring your heel is locked in.
- Socks: Wear appropriate hiking socks to wick away moisture and provide additional cushioning. Consider using merino wool socks for optimal performance.
Compatibility:
These shoes are designed for hiking and trail activities. They pair well with various outdoor gear, including hiking pants, moisture-wicking shirts, and backpacks. They are compatible with most terrains but may not be ideal for technical climbing or mountaineering.
Care:
- Cleaning: After each use, brush off dirt and debris with a soft brush. Use lukewarm water and mild soap to clean the shoes. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Drying: Allow the shoes to air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat. Remove the insoles to speed up the drying process.
- Storage: Store the shoes in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid storing them in damp environments, which can damage the materials.
