Setup, Compatibility & Care

  1. Leader Setup: Typically, use a leader that is appropriate for the target species and water conditions. Consider a finer tippet due to the streamer's small size.
  2. Knot Choice: Ensure a secure knot for a strong connection to the leader. The Palomar knot or improved clinch knot are recommended.
  3. Casting: Cast with accuracy to the desired location, allowing the streamer to sink to the appropriate depth.
  4. Retrieval: Experiment with different retrieval speeds and techniques to find what works best, such as a steady retrieve or a more erratic action.
