No, this product is recommended for hand wash only to preserve the molded cups and silicone wiring.
The J-hook is located on the back of the straps; it allows you to pull the straps together into a racerback configuration for better shoulder mobility.
Yes, it is designed as a high-performance sports bra specifically for high-intensity movement.
It features molded cups which provide shaping and support without the bulk of heavy foam padding.
The silicone lining is added to provide a soft barrier between the wire and your skin, increasing overall comfort during intense motion.
Utilize the integrated J-hook to convert the straps to a racerback style for a more secure fit.
Ensure the bra is positioned correctly against the ribcage and check that the band size is not too tight; readjust the shoulder straps to distribute tension.
To ensure the best fit, fasten the hook-and-eye closure at the back, starting on the loosest setting if you are between sizes. Adjust the straps to provide adequate lift without cutting into your skin. If you prefer a tighter back-to-shoulder transition for high-movement days, engage the J-hook between the shoulder blades.
Regarding care, this garment is strictly hand wash only to protect the silicone-lined underwire and molded cup structure. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can degrade the specialized fabric and wiring. Air dry the garment flat or hanging, ensuring it is away from direct heat sources to preserve the elasticity of the bands.
