Troubleshooting
Laptop not powering on
Ensure the AC adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet. If the issue persists, perform a power drain by disconnecting the adapter, holding the power button for 15-30 seconds, and then reconnecting and powering on.
Poor Wi-Fi performance
Verify you are within range of your Wi-Fi router. Restart both the laptop and the router. Ensure your Wi-Fi driver is up to date via Lenovo Vantage or Windows Update. Check if your router supports Wi-Fi 7 for optimal speeds.
Screen display issues (flickering, incorrect colors)
Update your display drivers via Lenovo Vantage. Adjust display settings in Windows. If the issue persists, check for physical damage or consider contacting support.
Copilot+ PC features not working
Ensure Windows is fully updated to the latest version. Check the Microsoft support page (aka.ms/copilotpluspcs) for specific feature requirements and troubleshooting steps. Restart the laptop.
