FAQs
Can I use these boots on artificial grass?
These boots are engineered for firm ground (FG) natural grass. Using them on artificial surfaces may lead to increased stud wear or instability.
How should I clean my Predator Elite boots?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and use a soft brush for the outsole. Never machine wash them or use high-heat dryers.
What is the purpose of the Powerspine?
The Powerspine minimizes energy loss by stabilizing the foot during impact, ensuring more force is transferred directly into the ball.
Are these boots suitable for a wide foot?
The Elite series has a precise, anatomical fit. If you have particularly wide feet, you may find the standard fit quite snug and may require a slight break-in period.
What does the 'FG' designation mean?
FG stands for Firm Ground. These boots have stud configurations specifically designed to provide optimal traction on dry, natural grass pitches.
Troubleshooting
Boots feel too tight during initial wear
The Predator Elite features a performance-oriented fit; try wearing them for shorter training sessions initially to allow the material to conform to your foot shape.
Accumulated dirt on rubber grip elements
Use a soft-bristled brush or an old toothbrush with a mild soap solution to gently remove debris from the Nanostrike+ rubber elements to maintain grip.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best performance from your Predator Elite FG boots, verify they are used only on firm, natural grass surfaces. Avoid using them on artificial turf or concrete to prevent premature stud wear. After each use, remove loose mud or debris with a soft brush and clean the upper with a damp cloth. Allow the boots to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can damage the synthetic materials and adhesive bonds. Ensure you have the correct size for a snug, lockdown feel, as the internal components are designed for a secure, non-slip fit.
