Troubleshooting
Lid is difficult to open or close.
Ensure there is no debris obstructing the snap-in mechanism on the lid or the box rim. Wipe the edges clean with a damp cloth.
Box appears to be warped or misshapen.
Check if the box has been exposed to extreme heat, which can cause plastic to deform. Allow it to cool down in a standard room temperature environment. Avoid stacking excessively heavy items that exceed the box's intended capacity.
Scratches on the surface.
Minor scratches are normal wear and tear on plastic products. For deeper scratches, professional repair is not feasible. Gentle buffing with a plastic polish designed for automotive applications might help minimize their appearance, but test in an inconspicuous area first.
Water-resistant claims not holding up.
Ensure the lid is properly secured. The water-resistant feature is designed for splashes and minor spills, not for submersion. Check for any cracks or damage to the material that might compromise its integrity.
