Troubleshooting
Duvet cover slipping inside the duvet
Ensure all 4 inside corner ties are securely fastened to the corners of your duvet insert before closing the zipper.
Color fading after washing
Wash in cold water and avoid harsh detergents. Consider line drying instead of high-heat tumble drying to preserve color vibrancy.
Zipper is difficult to close
Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper teeth. Gently guide the zipper and check for obstructions. Try applying a small amount of graphite (from a pencil) to the teeth.
Pillowcase doesn't fit snugly
This set is designed for standard pillow sizes (50 cm x 75 cm). If your pillows are smaller or larger, a snug fit may not be achievable.
