Troubleshooting

Bricks do not connect firmly.

Ensure the bricks are properly aligned and pressed down firmly. Check for any obstructions or debris between the studs and tubes. Verify that you are using the correct pieces as indicated in the instructions.

Articulation points feel stiff or loose.

For stiff points, gently try to move them back and forth a few times. If loose, ensure all connecting pieces are fully seated. Sometimes, disassembling and reassembling the specific joint can resolve stiffness or looseness.

LEGO Builder app not working correctly.

Ensure your device has sufficient storage space and is connected to a stable internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. Check for any available app updates.

Missing a piece.

Double-check all packaging and the build area. If a piece is indeed missing, contact LEGO Customer Service through their official website to request a replacement part.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Begin by organizing the LEGO bricks according to the included instruction booklet or the LEGO Builder app. Follow the step-by-step digital or physical instructions carefully. The LEGO Builder app allows you to zoom, rotate your model in 3D, and save your progress, making the building process more intuitive. Ensure all pieces are firmly connected to create a stable structure.

Compatibility: This set is compatible with other standard LEGO System bricks. The standard-size Grogu LEGO figure included is designed to complement other LEGO Star Wars figures and sets.

Care: To maintain the appearance of your Grogu model, dust it regularly with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush. Avoid using water, cleaning solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the plastic. If a section becomes loose, simply re-press the bricks firmly together. Store the set in a dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
