Troubleshooting

Journal key is lost

Contact customer support for potential replacement key options or use a similar small key if available and compatible.

Gel pens or crayons have dried out

This is common with craft sets. While not replaceable within the set, standard gel pens and crayons can be purchased to continue creative activities.

Scratch art tool is not scratching effectively

Ensure you are using the correct pressure and that the surface is suitable for scratching. If the tool tip is damaged, it may need replacement.

Watercolour images are too small for desired effect

These are designed for smaller, manageable art pieces. For larger projects, consider using separate watercolour paper with the included brush.
