FAQs

Does the game come with batteries included?

No, you will need to provide 3 AA batteries to power the light and sound features.

Are the seven figures removable?

Yes, the included figures are designed to be part of your display and can be arranged around the arcade unit as you prefer.

Is this suitable for young children?

Due to the size of the mini basketball and small figures, it is generally recommended for fans who are past the age of requiring toys for younger children.

Can I use other balls with this game?

The launcher is specifically calibrated for the included mini basketball; using larger or heavier balls may damage the mechanism.

How do I turn off the sound?

The sound is linked to the battery power; if you wish to silence the unit, you must remove the batteries from the compartment.

Troubleshooting

Lights and sounds are not triggering upon scoring

Check the battery compartment to ensure the AA batteries are inserted correctly and have sufficient charge.

The basketball does not return to the launcher

Ensure the unit is placed on a perfectly level surface and check that the return track is free of any obstructions or debris.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: insert 3 AA batteries into the designated compartment on the underside of the unit. Once powered, ensure the return track is snapped firmly into place. To care for your arcade, avoid using excessive force on the launcher, as the plastic mechanisms are designed for light-to-moderate play. Clean the exterior surfaces with a dry, microfiber cloth to remove dust from the character figures, and ensure the basketball is kept in a safe place when not in use to prevent it from rolling under furniture.
