Troubleshooting
Vacuum has low or no suction power
Check if the 1-liter dust container is full and needs emptying. Inspect the washable HEPA filter; if it's dirty, clean it according to the care instructions and ensure it's completely dry before reinserting. Also, check for any blockages in the floor head, hose, or attachments and clear them.
Vacuum won't turn on
Ensure the power cable is securely plugged into a functioning mains socket. Check the power switch on the vacuum to ensure it is in the 'ON' position. If still unresponsive, try plugging the vacuum into a different power outlet.
Dust is escaping from the vacuum
Verify that the 1-liter dust container is correctly and securely attached to the main unit. Ensure the washable HEPA filter is properly seated and not damaged. Check all seals for proper fit and any signs of wear.

Product Care & Maintenance
Regular care will ensure your vacuum maintains optimal performance:
- Empty Dust Container: After each use, or when the 'MAX' line is reached, detach the 1-liter bagless dust container and empty its contents into a waste bin. Ensure it clicks securely back into place.
- Clean HEPA Filter: The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly to prevent loss of suction. Detach the filter from the dust container and rinse it under cold running water. Allow it to air dry completely (for at least 24 hours) before reinserting it. Never use a wet filter.
- Inspect Attachments: Periodically check the floor brush and other attachments for tangled hair or debris and remove them to ensure smooth operation.
- Wipe Exterior: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the vacuum. Do not use abrasive cleaners or submerge the unit in water.
