While they feature Air Max cushioning, they are designed as lifestyle and general training shoes rather than specialized long-distance running shoes.
Nike generally runs true to size, but since these are performance trainers, ensure you have about a thumb's width of space at the toe.
No, machine washing can damage the Air unit and the structural integrity of the shoe. Use hand cleaning methods only.
Yes, the standard insoles are typically removable if you need to insert custom orthotics.
The shoes feature a combination of synthetic materials and textiles designed for breathability and durability.
Loosen the lacing system completely and re-lace with slightly more tension in the toe box to allow for natural foot expansion.
Use a soft brush to remove loose debris, followed by a gentle wipe-down with a damp, lint-free cloth.
To ensure your Nike Air Max Phoenix trainers last, proper care is essential. Since they are primarily performance trainers, avoid using them for heavy-duty manual labor or outdoor terrain not suited for athletic footwear. For cleaning, wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can degrade the cushioning components and structural adhesives. Ensure you choose the correct UK sizing to prevent premature wear on the heel counter or fabric tearing.
