Troubleshooting
Flush buttons feel stiff or stick
Check the alignment of the internal rods connecting the plate to the cistern mechanism and ensure there is no debris trapped behind the buttons.
Water continues to run after flushing
Verify that the flush valve inside the cistern is seating correctly and that the button plate is not exerting constant pressure on the activation rods.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation should be performed by a professional or someone experienced with concealed plumbing systems. Ensure the mounting frame is correctly aligned before securing the plate to the wall. The plate is compatible with most standard wall-mounted concealed cisterns that support the 267mm x 170mm mounting pattern. For care and maintenance, avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scouring pads, as these can damage the bronze finish. Instead, use a soft, damp cloth and mild soapy water to remove fingerprints or water splashes, followed by a gentle buff with a dry microfibre cloth to maintain its shine.
