Setup, Compatibility & Care

Getting started with your BACKDOORSHOES is straightforward; simply step in and adjust your position for the most comfortable fit. We recommend choosing your normal UK shoe size for the best experience. To maintain your clogs, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth or rinse under running water after use. If the interior or insole becomes soiled, remove the insole and place it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Ensure both the shoe and insole are completely air-dried before your next use to maintain comfort and hygiene.
