The Russell Hobbs Floor Polisher and Steam Mop is an ideal solution for homeowners seeking a versatile, chemical-free way to maintain sealed hard floors, tiles, and vinyl. By combining dual rotating mop heads with a 1500W steam output, it cleans and polishes surfaces in one efficient motion, though users should note it is strictly designed for sealed hard surfaces and is not suitable for carpets or unsealed wood floors.

Yes, as long as the laminate is sealed and intended for use with steam mops. Always check the floor manufacturer's guidelines first.
The 380ml tank provides approximately 22 minutes of continuous steam cleaning.
While tap water is generally fine due to the built-in anti-scale filter, using distilled or demineralized water can help prolong the life of the unit in areas with very hard water.
No, you should only use clean water in the tank. Adding chemicals can damage the internal components and void your warranty.
Yes, the 4 included microfibre mop pads are washable. We recommend washing them without fabric softener for the best results.
The unit is designed to be lightweight and portable, though it is engineered for stability during the rotating polishing action.
Ensure the water tank is filled properly, the unit has completed the 30-second heat-up phase, and the steam trigger is being engaged.
Check that the unit is powered on and that the mop pads are correctly centered and attached to the rotating discs without obstruction.
You may be using too much steam or the floor is overly saturated. Adjust the steam trigger usage and ensure the microfibre pads are clean.
To set up the unit, attach the handle to the main body and ensure the microfibre pads are securely fitted to the rotating discs. Fill the 380ml tank with clean water; avoid using chemicals or cleaning solutions inside the tank to prevent clogging the internal system.
