Yes, the breathable and lightweight design makes them excellent for general athletics, PE classes, and gym training.
It is recommended to air dry them, but you can use a low-heat setting on a tumble dryer if absolutely necessary.
The shorts are made from durable and lightweight polyester.
The Tiro 26 line is primarily designed as a performance training short and typically does not feature pockets to keep weight at a minimum.
Ensure the drawcord is pulled evenly and tied with a double knot to prevent slipping during intense movement.
Check that the interior of the shorts was not washed with heavy fabric softeners, which can interfere with the CLIMACOOL moisture-wicking properties.
Getting the most out of your adidas training shorts is simple. For the best fit, ensure the internal drawcord is tied securely before starting any physical activity. To maintain the integrity of the moisture-wicking technology and the longevity of the team crest, follow these care instructions: machine wash the shorts in cold water using a mild detergent. Avoid using harsh bleach or fabric softeners, as these can clog the pores in the CLIMACOOL fabric and reduce its breathability. Air drying is recommended to prevent heat damage, but if you must use a dryer, choose a low-heat setting.
