Troubleshooting
iPhone 8 won't turn on
Ensure the device is charged. Connect it to a power source using the Lightning cable and AC adapter for at least 30 minutes. If it still doesn't turn on, try a force restart: press and quickly release the Volume Up button, press and quickly release the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears.
Poor Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection
Restart your iPhone. Toggle Wi-Fi and Bluetooth off and then on in Settings. Reset Network Settings by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note: This will erase saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth pairings.
App is crashing or not responding
Force close the app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen (or double-pressing the Home button on older iOS versions) and swiping the app card up. Reopen the app. If the issue persists, check for app updates in the App Store or try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Wireless charging not working
Ensure you are using a Qi-certified wireless charger. Check that the iPhone is positioned correctly on the charger. Remove any cases or accessories that might interfere with charging. Try a different wireless charger or cable.
Battery draining too quickly
Check Battery Usage in Settings to identify power-hungry apps. Reduce screen brightness, disable background app refresh for unnecessary apps, and turn off Location Services when not needed. Consider enabling Low Power Mode.
