Troubleshooting
Gloves feel damp inside
This is often caused by trapped perspiration during high-intensity activity. Ensure you are not wearing overly restrictive layers and allow gloves to air-dry completely between uses.
Wrist closure keeps coming undone
Check the neoprene strap for debris such as snow, ice, or lint. Clean the hook-and-loop fastener with a soft brush to ensure a strong grip.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your gloves, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Fitting: Adjust the neoprene closure strap for a secure but comfortable fit. Avoid over-tightening to maintain proper circulation.
- Compatibility: Best used with athletic jackets. If you are entering deep snow, ensure your jacket sleeves are layered over the cuff to prevent snow entry.
- Cleaning: Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the R-TEX XT membrane.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure they are completely dry before putting them away for the season to prevent odors or material degradation.
