Troubleshooting
Mattress not fully expanding after 72 hours
Ensure the mattress is placed on a flat, level surface and is not compressed. In cooler room temperatures, expansion may take longer. Allow an additional 24-48 hours.
Unpleasant odor after unboxing
This is a normal occurrence for vacuum-sealed mattresses. Ensure the room is well-ventilated and allow the mattress to air out for several days. The odor should dissipate.
Noticeable sagging or indentations
Check that the bed base is providing adequate support. If using a slatted base, ensure the slats are not too far apart. Rotate the mattress regularly to promote even wear.
Water seeping through the cover
While the cover is waterproof, prolonged exposure to excessive liquid or if the cover is compromised may lead to seepage. Wipe up spills immediately. Consider using an additional mattress protector for maximum defense.
