FAQs

Are these shoes suitable for long-distance running?

While the Cloud 6 is excellent for daily activity and light exercise, they are optimized for versatility; for high-mileage marathon training, consider models with more specialized stability features.

Can I remove the insoles?

Yes, the insoles are removable, allowing you to swap them out for custom orthotics if necessary.

What is the best way to keep the white fabric clean?

Apply a water-repellent sneaker spray before your first wear to create a barrier against dirt and stains.

Do these shoes fit true to size?

Most users find the Cloud 6 fits true to size, but the new wider opening may make them feel slightly more spacious than previous versions.

Are these trainers waterproof?

No, the standard Cloud 6 is designed for breathability and is not waterproof.

Troubleshooting

Shoes feel too tight across the instep

Try adjusting the lacing pattern to a 'parallel' or 'gap' style to relieve pressure while maintaining secure lockdown.

Visible scuffs on the white exterior

Use a specialized sneaker eraser or a gentle mix of mild soap and water with a microfiber cloth to spot-clean the affected area.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Lightweight zero-gravity cushioning
Easy-entry design with wider opening
Versatile for both exercise and casual wear
Enhanced structural support

Cons

White colorway requires frequent cleaning
Neutral support may not suit severe overpronators
Specific fit profile may vary by foot width

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your ON Cloud 6 Trainers last, follow these guidelines:

Fit Check: Ensure the wider opening allows your foot to sit naturally without heel slippage.
Surface Care: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dust. If you encounter mud, wipe clean with a damp cloth immediately.
Avoid Machine Washing: Keep these shoes out of the washing machine, as high heat and heavy agitation can compromise the adhesive and cushioning structure.
Air Drying: Always air dry at room temperature; avoid placing them near direct heat sources like radiators or in direct sunlight, which can cause yellowing on the white material.
