FAQs
How do I determine the correct size?
The size displayed on the sole is the US size. Please consult the official Crocs size chart to convert your UK size to the corresponding US size for an accurate fit.
Are these suitable for hiking?
Yes, the rugged lug outsole and enhanced tread provide excellent traction and support for hiking and other outdoor activities on varied terrain.
Can I wear these in water?
Absolutely. The ventilation ports help shed water, and the material is water-friendly, making them ideal for beach, boating, or wet conditions. They are also quick to dry.
How should I clean my All-Terrain Clogs?
Clean them with mild soap and cold water. A soft brush can be used for tougher spots. Rinse and allow them to air dry naturally. Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat.
Do these clogs have arch support?
The moulded Croslite foam provides a comfortable, supportive footbed that offers cushioning and conforms to the foot, contributing to overall comfort during wear.
Can the heel strap be removed?
The turbo heel strap is designed to be adjustable and is a core part of the secure-fit system. It is not intended for removal.
What is the main difference between the Classic All-Terrain Clog and the regular Classic Clog?
The All-Terrain Clog features a more rugged lug outsole for increased traction and an adjustable turbo heel strap for a more secure fit, making it better suited for varied or challenging environments.
Troubleshooting
Sizing confusion (US vs. UK)
Refer to the sizing chart provided by Crocs or measure your foot to determine the correct US size. Note that the size displayed on the sole is the US size.
Clogs feel too loose or too tight
Adjust the turbo heel strap for a more secure or relaxed fit. Ensure the strap is positioned correctly around the heel.
Material feels stiff initially
Croslite material may feel slightly stiff when new. Wear them for a short period; they will mold to your foot's shape for optimal comfort.
Debris entering through ventilation ports
While designed for breathability, small debris can enter. Periodically shake the clogs or rinse them with water to clear any lodged particles.
