FAQs

Are these shoes machine washable?

While they are very durable, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and water for the best longevity.

Can my child wear these with socks?

Yes, many children prefer wearing them with socks for extra warmth or comfort.

How do I know what size to get?

Consult the brand's specific children's size guide, as the fit is meant to be slightly roomy to allow for growth.

Do the Jibbitz charms fall out easily?

When properly inserted into the ventilation ports, they are designed to stay securely in place.

Are they slip-resistant?

The material provides decent traction, but they are not categorized as non-slip or industrial slip-resistant footwear.

Troubleshooting

The shoe feels too loose

Ensure the pivoting heel strap is pushed down against the back of the child's heel to secure the foot.

Material feels stiff after cold storage

The material is designed to be flexible; wearing them for a few minutes will allow body heat to return the foam to its natural supple state.

Care Instructions:

Cleaning: Simply rinse with water and mild soap. They air dry rapidly.
Storage: Avoid leaving the shoes in direct, intense sunlight for extended periods, as the material can warp under extreme heat.
