Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Trailmaker 2.0 shoes, break them in by wearing them on short walks before heading out on a multi-day hike. The shoes are compatible with standard hiking socks; however, mid-weight synthetic or wool blends are recommended to manage moisture effectively.
Care Instructions:
- Remove loose dirt and debris after every hike using a soft brush.
- Clean with lukewarm water and a mild detergent; avoid harsh chemicals.
- Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, as high heat can damage the sole adhesives.
- Remove the inner sockliner to dry separately if they become damp.
