Troubleshooting
Hook feels loose after installation
Ensure the correct screws and wall plugs were used for your wall type. Re-secure the hook, checking that the mounting hardware is fully tightened and engaging properly with the wall.
Copper finish appears dull or smudged
Wipe the hook gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth and immediately dry with a clean, soft cloth. Avoid all abrasive cleaners.
Hook does not seem to support the expected weight
Verify the weight limit of the specific wall mounting hardware used. The hook itself is robust, but the integrity of the installation depends on the chosen fixings and wall material.
