The Caecus Blinds Faux Wood Venetian Blind with tapes is an ideal window treatment solution for homeowners seeking a balance between classic aesthetics and modern functionality. These blinds are designed for those who prioritize safety and durability, featuring robust 50mm slats and high-quality control tapes that provide a sophisticated look while ensuring the product is completely child-safe. While the faux wood material is highly resilient, users should note that the blinds require precise measurement for installation to ensure a perfect fit within their window frame.

Yes. These blinds are designed with specific child-safety measures, including professional control tapes and mechanisms that prevent the formation of loops.
Absolutely. Because they are made from faux wood, they are moisture-resistant and suitable for areas with high humidity.
For routine maintenance, dust the slats with a microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap, then wipe dry.
The tapes provide a classic, high-end look and help cover the lift cord holes, which effectively blocks extra light from passing through the slats.
Caecus Blinds offers various options, including made-to-measure solutions, to accommodate different window dimensions.
Check that the mounting brackets are perfectly level. If they are slightly skewed, the headrail will sit at an angle.
Ensure the control tape is not twisted or caught in the headrail mechanism. Gently pull the cord to reset the alignment.
Clear any debris from the headrail and ensure the cord is feeding through the pulleys correctly without tangling.
To ensure proper installation, always measure your window recess width and drop in at least three places to account for potential frame irregularities. Use the provided brackets to secure the rail system to either the top of the recess or the face of the wall. For care, avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners that could scratch the faux wood finish. Instead, wipe the slats periodically with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. If the slats become heavily soiled, you can use a damp cloth with mild soap, ensuring you wipe them dry immediately to protect the structural integrity of the internal components.
