The Regatta Frankie Borg Half Zip fleece is designed for adult men who need reliable, lightweight insulation for outdoor adventures or casual daily wear. Featuring a soft borg fleece fabric, it provides excellent warmth while maintaining a comfortable fit for layering during cooler weather; however, users should note that the material is not windproof and may require an outer shell in harsh conditions.

No, the borg fleece is breathable and designed for insulation, not wind protection. We recommend wearing a windproof shell over it in gusty conditions.
While soft, it is designed as a mid-layer. It is best worn over a moisture-wicking synthetic or merino wool base layer.
Use a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners as they can coat the fibers and degrade the fleece texture.
The garment follows standard sizing, though it is designed to be slim-fitting to improve layering efficiency. If you prefer a loose fit for lounging, consider sizing up.
When washed and dried according to the instructions (avoiding high heat), the material should maintain its original size and shape.
Check the track for stray fleece fibers and clear them; apply a small amount of silicone lubricant if necessary.
Wash the garment and use a soft bristle brush once dry to gently fluff the pile of the fleece.
To keep your fleece in top condition, always follow the care label instructions. Generally, it should be washed on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid using harsh fabric softeners, as they can impair the insulating properties of the fleece fibers. Air drying is highly recommended to maintain the integrity of the stretch binding and prevent the fabric from matting. For compatibility, the slim-but-flexible cut makes it an ideal companion for technical shells, down jackets, or standard windbreakers.
