Troubleshooting

Cushion cover does not fit the insert properly.

Ensure the cushion insert is the correct size (60x60cm). If the insert is slightly larger, try to evenly distribute the filling. If it's significantly larger, a different sized insert may be needed.

Zipper is difficult to open or close.

Check for any fabric caught in the zipper. Gently pull the fabric away from the teeth. Lubricate the zipper with a graphite pencil or a small amount of wax if it feels stiff.

Color fading after washing.

Wash the cover inside out in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or harsh cleaning agents. Ensure the washing machine is not overloaded.

Shrinking after washing or drying.

Always follow the recommended care instructions. Use a lower temperature setting for washing and drying. Air drying is often the safest method to prevent shrinkage.
