The Belstaff Trialmaster Jacket is designed for the modern adventurer who values heritage craftsmanship, weather resistance, and a structured silhouette. Originally engineered for motorcycling, it provides an exceptional balance of wind and water protection, making it an ideal choice for both rugged outdoor activities and casual urban wear. Please note that to maintain its signature weather-resistant performance, the waxed cotton material requires periodic re-waxing to stay effective against the elements.

No, machine washing will remove the wax finish and damage the integrity of the cotton fabric.
The slanted design was originally created to allow motorcyclists to reach into the pocket easily with one hand while riding.
On its own, it is best for mild to cool weather. For winter conditions, we recommend pairing it with the attachable Icon gilet for extra thermal insulation.
The frequency depends on usage; however, it is generally recommended to re-wax once a year or whenever you notice water no longer beads on the surface.
Yes, the belt can be removed or adjusted to suit your preferred style and fit.
Re-wax the cotton fabric using official Belstaff wax to restore the protective barrier.
Apply wax sparingly and use a hair dryer on a low setting to help the wax melt evenly into the fabric fibers.
Allow the mud to dry and gently brush it off; wipe remaining marks with a damp, cold cloth.
To ensure your jacket lasts for years, avoid washing it in a machine or using detergents, as these will strip the wax coating. Clean the surface with cold water and a soft sponge. Should the water-repellent properties begin to fade, apply a high-quality wax dressing to the cotton exterior. Always allow the jacket to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources. When layering, ensure the compatible Icon gilet is securely fastened using the internal loops to prevent shifting during movement.
