Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience, secure the laces so that they are snug over the midfoot but not so tight that they restrict circulation. If you use custom orthotics, the internal volume of the Ghost Max 3 is generally accommodating, though you should remove the stock insole first. For care, keep the shoes clean by wiping the engineered mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can degrade the nitrogen-infused foam. Air dry them in a shaded, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or radiators to preserve the structural integrity of the rubber outsole and the foam midsole.
