Yes, the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 40 is designed to fit standard adult sizing. It is recommended to choose your regular athletic shoe size.
These trainers are optimized for road and gym surfaces. They do not have the aggressive outsole lugs required for technical or uneven trail terrain.
Avoid wearing them in muddy or harsh conditions, and wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth immediately after use to prevent dirt buildup.
The Flywire cables are integrated into the lacing system to provide customized midfoot support, ensuring the shoe stays secure during movement.
Yes, the combination of responsive Zoom Air and supportive foam makes them well-suited for long-distance road training.
Adjust the lace tension to engage the Flywire cable system for a more secure, locked-in feel.
Spot clean with a soft-bristled brush and a mild detergent solution to lift particles from the technical mesh fibers.
To ensure the longevity of your Nike Pegasus 40, proper care is essential. When lacing up, ensure the Flywire cables are snug but not overtightened to maintain optimal circulation. For cleaning, remove surface dirt with a soft brush after use on dusty roads or gym floors. If the trainers require a deeper clean, hand wash them with mild soap and cold water; avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can compromise the foam and mesh integrity. Always air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
