Troubleshooting

Speaker won't turn on

Ensure the speaker is adequately charged. Connect the USB-C cable and allow it to charge for at least 15 minutes before attempting to power it on again. Check the cable and power source.

Cannot pair with Bluetooth device

Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (usually indicated by a flashing Bluetooth light). Turn off and on both the speaker and your device, then try pairing again. Ensure no other devices are actively connected to the speaker.

No sound or distorted sound

Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the speaker is not too far from the Bluetooth source. If distortion occurs, try reducing the volume slightly on the source device. Clean the speaker drivers gently if dust is visible.

Powerbank function not working

Ensure the speaker has sufficient battery charge. The powerbank function may require a minimum charge level to operate. Check the USB cable connection to the device being charged.
