FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running or intense exercise?
The Skechers On-The-GO Flex Radiant - Estel trainers are designed for casual wear and everyday comfort, not high-impact sports or intense athletic activities. For running, Skechers offers specialized running shoe lines.
How do I clean the shoes if they get dirty?
These trainers are machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and air dry them afterwards. Avoid using a machine dryer or harsh chemicals.
What does 'Hands-Free Slip-Ins®' mean?
It means the shoes are designed to be put on and taken off without needing to use your hands. They feature a unique heel construction (Heel Pillow™) that allows you to simply step in.
Are these shoes truly vegan?
Yes, the product description states that these shoes are made with 100% vegan materials.
What is the difference between the Skechers Air-Cooled Goga Mat™ insole and other insoles?
The Air-Cooled Goga Mat™ insole is designed to provide high-rebound cushioning and enhanced breathability, offering a responsive and comfortable feel with every step.
Can the instep strap be adjusted?
The instep strap is a design feature and is not intended to be adjustable. It contributes to the overall look and a secure fit for many wearers.
What is the material of the upper?
The upper is made from a Stretch Fit® knit textile, designed to offer a comfortable, sock-like fit.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight
The Stretch Fit® knit upper will naturally adapt to your foot over time. If initially snug, wear them for short periods to allow them to break in. Ensure you have selected the correct size.
Difficulty slipping shoe on
Ensure the Heel Pillow™ is properly positioned. For initial wear, a gentle pull on the heel tab can assist. The slip-in feature is designed for ease, but some break-in may be needed.
Insole feels flat or lacks support
The Air-Cooled Goga Mat™ insole provides high-rebound cushioning. If it feels less supportive over time, ensure it is clean and dry. For persistent issues, consider using compatible insoles.
Shrinking after washing
Always follow the 'air dry' recommendation. Avoid using a machine dryer or direct heat sources, as this can cause the materials to shrink or warp.
