FAQs
What material is the kit made of?
The kit is constructed from high-performance, quick-drying polyester.
How should I wash the kit?
Machine wash on a delicate cycle at a low temperature, ideally with the shirt turned inside out.
Can I tumble dry this kit?
It is recommended to air dry the kit to protect the integrity of the logos and the fabric structure.
Is the waistband adjustable?
The waistband features a comfortable elastic design that provides a secure fit without the need for manual adjustments.
Is this kit suitable for sensitive skin?
While the polyester is designed for durability and performance, if your infant has highly sensitive skin, you may prefer to have them wear a soft cotton bodysuit underneath.
Troubleshooting
Fabric feels static
Lightly mist the garment with water or use a dedicated anti-static spray, but avoid heavy fabric softeners.
Creasing after washing
Shake the kit out immediately after the wash cycle and hang it to air dry to naturally release wrinkles.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Authentic team branding and colours
- Lightweight and quick-drying polyester fabric
- Easy to put on and remove for parents
- Secure fit provided by the elasticated waist
Cons
- Polyester may feel less soft than natural cotton fabrics
- Specific sizing limited to infant ranges
- Requires machine washing on a delicate cycle to preserve prints
Setup, Compatibility & Care
This kit arrives ready to wear. To ensure the longevity of the team crest and logos, always wash the garment inside out. Use a cold, gentle machine cycle with mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can degrade the moisture-wicking capabilities of the polyester. Air drying is highly recommended to prevent heat damage to the printed graphics; if using a tumble dryer, select the lowest heat setting. The 6-9 month size is designed to fit average-sized infants within that developmental stage comfortably.
