FAQs
How do I determine the correct size?
It is recommended to measure your child's foot length and compare it with the adidas sizing chart. Note that some customers report these models running slightly small, so consider this when choosing a size.
Are these shoes suitable for sports activities?
While designed for active children, these trainers are best suited for general play and light sports activities. For high-impact or specialized sports, dedicated sports shoes may be more appropriate.
Can these shoes be washed in a washing machine?
No, machine washing is not recommended as it can damage the shoe's materials and structure. Hand-wash using a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry.
What is the main benefit of the velcro fastening?
The velcro fastening makes the shoes very easy for children to put on and take off themselves, promoting independence and saving time for parents.
How should I clean the black accents on the shoe?
Wipe the black areas with a damp cloth. For more persistent dirt, use a soft brush with a very mild soap solution, and rinse by wiping with a clean damp cloth.
What age group are these shoes intended for?
These shoes are designed for kids, specifically toddlers and young children, indicated by the junior sizing and easy-to-use velcro closure.
Troubleshooting
Velcro straps not sticking securely
Ensure the velcro surfaces are clean and free from lint, dust, or small debris. Try pressing firmly down on the straps when fastening.
Shoes appear too small
Double-check the UK size against a reputable size chart, as some users find these run slightly small. Consider trying a half-size larger if unsure.
Discoloration on white material
Clean promptly with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could further damage the material.
Child complains of discomfort
Ensure the shoe is properly fitted and the velcro straps are adjusted for a snug but not overly tight fit. Check for any internal seams or objects causing irritation.
