The lifespan depends on usage and terrain. Generally, trail running shoes should be replaced every 300-500 miles or when the cushioning and grip degrade.
Yes, they are suitable for winter use, providing good grip and waterproof protection. However, consider the type of trails and weather conditions.
Regularly clean the shoes with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh detergents, as they can damage the membrane. Apply a waterproof treatment if necessary.
Use moisture-wicking socks to manage sweat and prevent blisters. Trail running socks are a great option.
It's best to avoid machine washing to preserve the shoe's structure and materials. Clean them by hand with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Ensure you have the correct size. Consider trying a half-size larger if necessary. Also, ensure your laces are not too tight.
Check the outsole for wear. Consider replacing the shoes if the grip is worn down.
Check the upper for any damage. Ensure the laces are properly tied to prevent water from entering. Consider using gaiters for added protection in heavy rain or deep puddles.
These shoes are designed for easy use and require minimal setup. Simply put them on and they are ready for your trail run. The shoes are compatible with standard running socks and apparel.
