To ensure your Nike NBA jersey lasts for years, it is vital to follow proper maintenance steps. Always wash the jersey inside out using a gentle cycle with cold water. This reduces friction on the player numbers and team graphics. Avoid using harsh bleach or fabric softeners, as these can compromise the moisture-wicking properties of the synthetic fabric. For drying, air-drying by hanging the jersey in a shaded, well-ventilated area is highly recommended over using a high-heat tumble dryer, which may cause shrinking or premature peeling of screen-printed details.
