The New Balance 2010 Trainers are designed for fashion-forward adults who appreciate the aesthetic of the Y2K revival combined with contemporary comfort technology. These trainers offer a perfect balance of heritage style and daily wearability, making them ideal for casual outings and urban commuting. However, potential buyers should note that the suede material requires diligent care to maintain its pristine black finish over time.

The New Balance 2010 typically fits true to size for most adults, though those with wider feet may prefer a half-size up.
While comfortable, these are lifestyle trainers and are not recommended for long-distance running or intense athletic training.
Apply a high-quality suede protector spray before wearing them to create a barrier against moisture and dirt.
Due to the suede material, it is best to avoid wearing them in heavy rain or mud to prevent permanent damage.
Wipe the rubber outsole and midsole with a soft cloth dipped in mild soapy water, then dry with a clean towel.
ABZORB is a proprietary foam technology that absorbs impact through a combination of cushioning and compression resistance.
Use a specialized suede brush to lift fibers and remove debris in a consistent direction.
Gently dab the area with a damp cloth and let it air dry, then brush once fully dry to restore the nap.
Because the New Balance 2010 features premium suede, it is important to treat them with a protective water-repellent spray before their first wear to prevent staining. When cleaning, avoid fully submerging the shoes in water; instead, use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface dirt. For deeper cleaning, apply a dedicated suede cleaner in small, circular motions and allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, which can cause the material to stiffen or shrink. To maintain the shape, store them in a cool, dry place and use shoe trees if possible.
