Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on

Ensure the main power switch is on. Check that the pendant light is securely connected to the ceiling fixture and that the bulb is correctly installed and functional. Consult an electrician if the issue persists.

Flickering light

Check the bulb for proper seating. If using dimmable bulbs, ensure they are compatible with your dimmer switch. A loose connection in the wiring may also cause flickering; contact an electrician.

Matte finish appears dull or marked

Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid any abrasive cleaning agents.
