Yes, it is suitable for brick, stone, and terracotta in addition to garden wood.
Typically, two coats are recommended for the best color depth and to achieve the promised 6-year protection.
It is touch dry within 1 hour under normal conditions.
Brushing offers better coverage efficiency per litre, while spraying is significantly faster for covering large surface areas like fences.
No, it is an opaque matt finish that allows the natural texture and grain of the wood to show through.
You have likely applied too much product. Use a brush to redistribute the excess paint while it is still wet.
This often occurs on rough or highly absorbent wood. Ensure a second coat is applied once the first has dried completely.
Thin the paint slightly if permitted by your spray device instructions or clean the nozzle tip with warm water to remove dried residue.
Before application, ensure all surfaces are free from dirt, dust, and moss. For new wood, it is recommended to ensure the surface is clean and dry before the first coat. If applying over previously painted surfaces, ensure loose material is sanded away.
To clean your tools, wash brushes and spray equipment with warm soapy water immediately after use to prevent the paint from hardening. Store the container in a cool, dry place and ensure the lid is sealed tightly to maintain the product's longevity.
