What are the overall dimensions of the chair?

Is assembly difficult?

Assembly is required, and while instructions are provided, it may take some time. It typically involves attaching the base, gas lift, and seat components.

Troubleshooting

Chair is wobbly or unstable

Ensure all screws and connections are fully tightened. Check that the base is properly assembled and the gas lift is securely in place.

Height adjustment is not working

Ensure you are not leaning on the chair while adjusting the height. Release pressure from the seat, then use the lever. If issues persist, check the gas lift mechanism for obstructions.

Wheels are not rolling smoothly

Inspect the wheels for debris such as hair, threads, or small objects. Clean the wheels thoroughly. If a wheel is damaged, it may need replacement.

Seat or backrest feels uncomfortable

Adjust the chair height and tilt to find a more comfortable position. Ensure the high-density foam has had sufficient time to settle after initial assembly.

Velvet fabric shows matting or discoloration

Gently brush the fabric with a soft-bristled brush in the direction of the pile. For minor spots, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap and blot carefully. Avoid excessive moisture.
