Yes, the New Balance 370 generally fits true to standard UK sizing for adults.
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes, as the water and agitation can damage the suede and the structural integrity of the upper.
These are lifestyle trainers inspired by 70s runners; they are not engineered for high-performance athletic running.
Using a water-repellent spray specifically designed for suede before the first wear can help protect the material from light moisture and stains.
The upper is crafted from a durable combination of suede, mesh, and nylon.
The rubber outsole provides standard traction for urban environments but is not classified as industrial non-slip footwear.
Ensure you are using a double knot or ensure the laces are threaded tightly through all eyelets for better tension.
Use a specialized suede brush or a clean eraser to gently lift dirt and restore the nap of the material.
Consider swapping the original factory insoles with third-party arch-support inserts if you require additional padding for long-duration standing.
Since these are lace-up shoes, setup is simple: adjust the laces to fit your foot securely but comfortably across the bridge. To maintain the premium suede and mesh exterior, avoid submerging the shoes in water. Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dust and dirt from the suede panels after each use. For stains on the mesh, a mild detergent mixed with water applied sparingly with a cloth is recommended. Always allow the trainers to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the materials or damage the adhesive.
