Troubleshooting

Device will not power on

Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and wait for at least 15 minutes before attempting to power on again. If the issue persists, try a different USB-C cable and power adapter.

Slow performance or app freezing

Restart the device. Close unused applications running in the background. Check for available software updates for the operating system and apps. Clear the cache of specific apps experiencing issues via Settings > Apps.

Wi-Fi connection issues

Toggle Wi-Fi off and on. Restart your router. Forget the Wi-Fi network on your phone and reconnect by entering the password again. Ensure you are within range of the router.

Camera not working or blurry photos

Ensure the camera lens is clean. Restart the camera app or the device. If photos are consistently blurry, check if the focus is locking correctly or if there is an issue with the camera module.
