The Mainline Match Activate Carp Coarse Pellets are designed for competitive anglers who need to draw fish into a feeding frenzy by creating an active, high-attraction signal in the water column. These 8mm pellets are ideal for both feeder fishing and loose feeding, offering excellent versatility for various coarse fishing scenarios. While they are highly effective at stimulating competitive feeding, users should note that the attraction levels are high, which may require careful management in extremely clear or pressured waters to avoid over-saturating the swim.

Yes, they can be used effectively as loose feed to keep fish in the swim.
The highly attractive signals are effective year-round, though you may need to reduce the quantity used in colder water.
Keep them in the provided 1kg re-seal bag and store them in a cool, dark environment.
Yes, they pair well with many groundbait mixes, especially those designed for Method feeder fishing.
A soak time of 15-20 minutes is typically sufficient for them to reach the ideal tacky consistency.
Soak the pellets for a slightly longer duration or use warmer water to expedite the absorption process.
Reduce the amount of water added during the preparation phase and use a shallower soaking tub to prevent saturation.
Try adding a small amount of liquid attractor like Sticky Syrup to increase the scent trail.
To prepare for a session, place the desired amount of pellets in a bait tub and add a small amount of water. Stir the pellets and let them stand for approximately 15-20 minutes depending on water temperature. Once they reach a tacky consistency that holds its shape, they are ready for use in a feeder. When not in use, ensure the 1kg bag is fully sealed to prevent moisture from degrading the pellets. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the attractants.
